House Blend: Nettles
(Urtica dioica),
Peppermint (Mentha piperita). This
combo is the old time favorite of ours! Add a little milk and honey
and it is delicious!!! Excellent before or after dinner. Peppermint
is a digestive aid which helps with bloating and gas. Nettles is a
great tonic, packed with vitamins & minerals.*
Women's Blend: Nettle Leaves (Urtica dioica), Red Raspberry Leaves (Rubus idaeus), Red Clover (Trifolium perforatum), Oatstraw (Avena sativa). This tea blend is made to nourish and tone a woman’s nervous system and reproductive system. It is very high in vitamins and minerals and supplies the extra boost of goodness (silica) to give your hair, nails and skin a healthy glow.
Bikers/Athletes Blend: Horsetail, (Equisetum arvense), Nettles (Urtica dioica), Gingko Biloba, Alfalfa (Medicago sativa). This tea was made with bicyclists and runners in mind. The Nettles and the Horsetail contain high amounts of silica which helps to support healthy cartilage in joints. The Gingko helps to support circulation and the Alfalfa is a boost of vitamins needed for exercise.
Unwind Your Mind Blend: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile), Catnip (Nepeta cataria). Chill out out after a long day or during times of emotional upset with this blend.
The Finest Sinus Tea: Sage (Salvia officinalis), Nettles (Urtica dioica), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). Breathe again! This tea is used for sinus support. Breathe in the aromas of the steeping tea to start the process of invigorating the sinuses. Mullein supports lung health. This tea supports healthy nasal passages.
Detox Blend: Dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) and Nettles (Urtica dioica). Support your detox with Dandelion, well known for its supportive effects on the liver. The Red Clover Flower has been used to support blood cleansing.
Dream Blend: Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris), Oatstraw (Avena sativa) and Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) This blend containing Mugwort, a plant known for its power to bring on dreams and enhance lucid dreaming and Passion Flower and Oatstraw, both calming nervines that will help support a deep, restful sleep.
Quit Smoking Blend: Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). The smokers blend is a great cigarette replacer. It works to support the lungs and can help give support during stressful moments when quitting.
Sweet Heart Tea: Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.), Violet (Viola odorata), Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana). This tea was blended to support a healthy heart. It is sweetened with Stevia, the sweetest herb around! This blend supports the physical heart and the emotional heart.

Winter Warm Up

Ache Away Salve: Infused oils of St. Johns Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Cayenne (Capsicum annum), Arnica (Arnica montana), Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Eucalyptus Oil, Shea Butter. This salve is an non-petroleum based pain reliever. Traditional uses includes support for the body in areas of joints, injuries and muscle aches. Best if used 2x daily.
Heal All Salve: Plantain Leaf (Plantago major), St. Johns Wort Flower (Hypericum perforatum), Calendula Flower (Calendula officinalis), Comfrey Leaf (Symphytum officinale), Lavender Flower (Lavendula augustifolia) EO, Vitamin E, Beeswax, Shea Butter. After cleaning cuts, scrapes, splinters, bee sting, insect bites, rashes, itching, apply topically to area as needed.
Anti-fungal Salve: Pau d'arco (Tabebuia heptaphylla), Black Walnut (Juglans nigra), Calendula(Calencula officinalis), Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil.
The herbs in this salve have been used for their anti-fungal qualities and have been use by those who are dealing with excema and skin fungus.

Elderberry Cold and Flu Syrup: Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Rosehips (Rose rugosa) Echinacea purpurea, Marshmallow Root (Althea off. ), Raw honey and 5% Organic Alcohol (to preserve). Elderberry, a well documented anti-viral herb, is mixed with Rosehips, which are high in Vitamin C, and Marshmallow Root, which has been used to help sooth irritated throats and mucous membranes, and Echinacea, a well known immune booster and raw honey, harvested in RI.
This syrup is great for kids over the age of one and for adults who want to support their immune systems.
